Progressive Business Publications grants a non-exclusive License to you, the Licensee, for one year to use HR Legal Training in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

Progressive Business Publications retains the right to terminate the License at any time by notice to the Licensee should the Licensee violate any terms of the agreement. When the Licensee terminates, the Product and any derivative products must be returned to Progressive Business Publications.

You may not use this information to prepare documents for a third party unless this License is amended in writing and acknowledged by both you and Progressive Business Publications.

You may not copy the information or place it on an on-line system.

You may not rent or lease the product.

If you choose to cancel your subscription to HRLegalTraining.com, you must remove all copies of the content from any hard drive or other storage media where the HRLegalTraining.com content was stored. If any illegal copies are retained, you can be held personally liable in cases of copyright infringement.
